Hello Eli onse again!

How do you like idea of post-moderating (by you, or another well known gooro)
of maillist? For example: if I sended a question, wich mentioned in FAQ I
catch a '+'. If I used non-censored words (ie f$ck, sh$t and so on),
started or supported discussion, wich don't deal with list's subjects (DJGPP
and related questions) I'll catch a '!' wich is equal to three '+'. And
finaly, for absolute crap (can't imagine for a moment what it can be) I'll
catch a '*' wich is equal to three '!' ('*' = 3 * '!' = 9 * '+'). In that
case (if I accumulated nine pluses) I'm going to your 'black' list for, lat's
say, a month. IE I'm getting automaticly unsubscribed from the maillist, and
I can subscribe back only after a month. As for chain-mail and mailloop like
people, they must catch a 'r.i.p.' sign automaticly - ie they should bacome
'dead and gone' for list. And also it will be nice to introduse a kind of
amnistion for good manners (if somebody, who have 'rewards' didn't collected
another one at least a month). I could write a program to do all those things
in semi-automatic basis (I know it will not be a code gem, but who cares...).

I realise, that the first person, wich will suffer from such moderation
scheme will be me, but it will help to keep list in top shape and harmony.
Info about 'rewarded' people (ie who has catched '+', '!' or '*') could be
posted weekly, with mini-faq or separatly.

Please, don't tell me, that my mentality is corrupted by totalitarism,
because I already know that... I'm from ex-USSR, comrade! I even eat with
serp (a tool for grass cutting) & molot (hammer)... No, not really :)

                                Be$t wi$he$, comrade AsH.

P.S. To be serious, I don't love too much communists, because I lived right
here there I live in their best times..
