I guess this is as good of time to  announce that I ported Mix softwares
"Multi-C"  library over to Djgpp. You can get the book and library from
http://mixsoftware.com and I can email the library to anyone who does
that.  The only problem is that it is a nonpre-emptive multi-threading
label.
