Yes they are.  Source cleanup and arrangements for tools need to be made
first however.

Just to head off that possibility, I've just created the first OpenDOS
mailing list.  Send mail to majordomo AT mail DOT tacoma DOT net with the body of the
message containing "subscribe opendos".  Enjoy!
