No, but 4DOS can.  ftp://ftp.std.com/vendors/jpsoft

Works just like in unix.  ie. redir stderr & stdout:

foo >& stdout_n_stderr.thislongfilename_wontworkindostho

I wonder how the command interpreter for OpenDOS works...
