Probably.  But why not use GPC, the GNU Pascal Compiler?  AFAIK, there is 
a DOS port based on DJGPP, you can find pointers to it by searching the 
DJGPP mail archives (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/).

DJGPP supports long filenames, so its limit is 260 (as specified by 
Windows 95 LFN functions).
