Subject:	Getting the year straight!!

Hello...

This is my second posting.. my first was rather DULL!!!

OK.. here it goes...

I am writting a program, it is in the making... but what I want to do 
right now... is be able to:

Get the system year.
Get the users Age!
Subtract the users age from the year.
Get the users birth year.

It sounds stupid.. but it is going to be (hopefully) part of my first 
successful C program, it is going to be some what of a database 
program...

Anyway... does anyone know how to do this...

I am new to C, so I don't understand the time.h file...  :<

Plz help me out (do not tell me to look at the time.h file, as I 
mentioned before)
