Subject:	TCP/IP spclets in Win3.1/95 - HTTP server working

Hi.  I've written a simple web server using wsock.  It doesn't have any
security, or CGI support, but it's very fast.  Netscape can download
from it at ~50KBytes/second on my P90.  Netscape FastTrack Server gets
~40KBytes/second.  I bet Quake would work great with it.  If anyone
wants the source code, just email me.
