Yup. indeedy.

Yup! There's GDB and, if like many of us, you scream at the sight of a
command line interface, the working parts of GDB have been put into
RHIDE for a debugger that looks pretty familiar to Borland's one, so I
hope this guy isn't under the impression that Borland's (fine)
debugger is incredibly better than DJGPP's in any way :-)
