I'm sorry you're having problems.  Believe me; we try as hard as we can
to help out all our users, even those with pernicious problems like
these.  :)  Please bear with us a little while longer...

Please post the exact errors you received.  The way to do this is:

  redir -o make.out -eo make

Then post the contents of the 'err' file.  That should tell us exactly
what is wrong... I hope.
