Initially, I had been running DJGPP v.1. Since John's program DJVERIFY
didn't work with v.1, I visited Simtel and got the v.2 binaries. I
again tried ti compile my program:

	gcc interest.c -o interest.exe

Again, I received the errors that the compiler couldn't find the include
files. Since DJVERIFY (A great little utility. Thanks John) didn't
find any problems with my environment, I double checked my source and
found I had added spaces on either side of the include file names.

	#include < stdio.h >  instead of  #include <stdio.h>

What can I say? It's a newbie error.

Thanks for putting up with it.

Weldon
