Have you installed DJGPP on your machine ? and unzipped with the -d 
option? then all of this should be waiting for you in the INFO 
subdirectory of your DJGPP main directory.

as.inf and ld.inf are in bnu*d.zip
cpp.inf and gcc.in in gcc*b.zip
make.int in mak*b.zip (where else?)
and
gdb.inf in gdb*.zip

All of this can be found on any SimTel mirror.

Note that these are "info" docs, the corresponding Texinfo source can be 
found in the corresponding source archive (the ones ending with an "s", 
instead of a "b").
