It seems that you unzipped DJGPP without preserving its directory 
structure, because stdio.h is not supposed to be in the main DJGPP 
directory, it should be in its include/ subdirectory.  You will have to 
unzip the package once again, but this time use -d switch to PKUNZIP (or, 
if you use another unzip program, be sure to tell it to preserve the 
directory structure).  I suggest you delete the entire DJGPP directory 
and reinstall everything with -d switch, to avoid future problems.
