Of course it's not a security hole. How could there be?

However, I had the following peculiar experience in a DOS box under Windows
95:
===========================================================
(after md test; cd test; echo abcd > efgh.ijkl)
E:\test>mv efgh.ijkl mnop.qrst
d:/usr/bin/mv: cannot move `efgh.ijkl' to `mnop.qrst': No such file or
directory
 (ENOENT)
===========================================================

Any insights?
