Please get and read the DJGPP Frequently Asked Questions list
(v2/faq202b.zip), section 6.10.  To paraphrase, you need to use the
'redir' program that comes with DJGPP to redirect stderr.  Standard DOS
is not smart enough to do this from the command line.  Look up redir in
the DJGPP documentation for syntax.
