Did you read the file emacs.README where it tells you how to unzip the
distribution on Windows 95, and did you indeed unzip it with a program
which supports long filenames?  If not, please reinstall Emacs exactly as
the readme says, and try again.

If the above doesn't help, please invoke Emacs like this:

	redir -o emacs.bug -eo emacs -q

then post the contents of the file `emacs.bug' thus created.
