Questions list, and browse the "Getting DJGPP" chapter to find a
complete list of sites that carry DJGPP.

Moscow, hmm?  There don't seem to be any SimTel sites listed in Russia,
but here are some promising ones:

There are plenty of others on the European and Asian continents, so keep
trying until you find a good link.  ;)

Oh, and be sure to pick up the 'readme.1st' file BEFORE getting anything
else, as it tells you exactly what to download and how to install and
