I don't since when, but sure since a long time, there is no 
separate documentation about gpp or g++. It is now part of
the gcc doc and thats why you should use

info gcc

and look there for the C++ specifc commandline options.

This can be done also within RHIDE. If you select the
Options/Compiler/CXX-Flags' menu entry and hit then
F1, you will get the help about the C++ specific commandline
options for GCC from the GCC doc.

That in RHIDE probably not all the possible options are
shown came from the fact, that I had manually extract them
from the gcc doc and so they may be not up to date. But
for this there is the possibility of RHIDE, to change the
list of flags (Options/Preferences/CXX-Flags).
