csdpmi3b.zip is the latest version of CWSDPMI and should be used for
everything.  I think the older versions are still there because bugfixes
in the newer versions actually crashed some programs that depended on
the incorrect behavior (like id's Quake for example).  Always get the
latest version of a program unless something indicates otherwise.
