I've just downloaded the "Building 32-bit Windows applications with
GNU-C/C++ for MS-Windows 3.1" kit ( aka RSXWDK ) and need some help. In
the Docs it assumes you have a copy of "windows.h" from a 16bit windows
compiler... I don't HAVE a 16bit windows compiler, so where do I get this
file? It also says that I need "The resource compiler RC.EXE" Where is
this found? I've searched plenty of sites and have come up empty handed.
HELP!
