... to do this, go to Options -> Libraries, and fill in the library
name (without the 'lib' and the '.a') in the first available space on
the list, checking the box to the left of it.

e.g. if you want to link in the Allegro library, liballeg.a, you would
put 'alleg' in one of the slots and make sure there is a cross in the
box to its left.
