That is a *very* old version of DJGPP. Please get and install the latest
version 2.01 from this URL:

Begin by reading the file v2/readme.1st from the above URL, it should
tell you enough to know what other parts of the package do you need.

The above URL has a pre-compiled version of Emacs 19.34 which will work
fine with DJGPP (and is also much more powerful than oemacs).

This will also go away if you use the port of Make 3.75 from the above
URL.

No quick fix, sorry. It is much faster to just toss EZ-GCC and install
DJGPP v2.01. EZ-GCC is v1.12 which isn't supported anymore.
