I do not understand you correct, but if you think something like this:

"Do you want to use file system functions? (y/n):"
"Do you want to use conio functions? (y/n):"
...

then I think it is easyer to write simply your program with the
functions
you want and compile it with "-Wall". If then gcc brings a warnig about
a function (implicit declaraion or so), move the cursor to that
function,
hit Ctrl+F1 to get the libc help about that function and you will see
the inlcude file, where this function is declared.

An at last: If you in despite of the above, want to have such a feature
or want to write such a feature this should be a standalone program.
