Hi Robert,
The following minimum program shows the behaviour:
#include <stdlib.h>
int main(void)
{
abort();
}
If you put the file w/this source in a project, and build it.
1) When run from the RHIDE, through Run (F9) command, it works as expected,
bringing the "Abort!" msg in the stderr window (all of it in a Win95 machine).
2) When run in a DOS box in Win95, works as expected.
3) When one shells to DOS in RHIDE and attempts to run the program,
the program causes an abrupt termination of RHIDE, and Win95 complains "the
application has caused a violation...".
