I have a boot strap loader available at
http://www.abwillms.demon.co.uk/prog/index.htm (Thanks Alaric)
It's in arj format but the link there will soon be changed to point to a
zip file.

The loader requires(?) djgpp because I use djasm (source included, but
it neads bison to build).
