Has anyone seen a djgpp dos cross-to-Hitachi super H (SH) compiler?  
The unix gcc support it as a cross-compiler. I didn't see anything in
the makefiles that would lead me to believe it's as easy as in the unix
version.  

	I know that Cygnus distributes one, but the price tag is a bit high?
