I know about 2 unzip programs that support long filenames on Windows 95. 
One is WinZip (it's shareware, look on SimTel.NET mirrors).  The other is
a patched version of UnZip compiled with DJGPP v2.01 which I patched and
compiled myself (the next version of UnZip should support long filenames
right out of the box).
