If you know how to use Linux, you should already know that 'make' is not
a built-in command.  It is part of the DJGPP distribution, and can be
found at your favorite Simtel mirror in the v2gnu directory as
'mak375b.zip'.  It unzips like all other DJGPP packages.  Please read
the the documentation that comes with make, as well as the FAQ
(v2/faq202b.zip) for some hints on common problems.

(To the newsgroup:)  I thought SVGALIB came with a precompiled library -
is allegro not the only DJGPP package that requires building?  ;)
