Hmm... I'm not sure this is a good idea. If you suppress this warning,
you'll get millions of complaints saying: 'X is really slow; what do I
do?'. It's probably better to tell the users how to stop this message
appearing, or at least warn them in the readme that it will work
better outside Win95.

How to stop the message appearing: Right-click on the .exe icon,
choose properties, go to the Program tab, and click Advanced...
Deselect 'Suggest MS-DOS mode as necessary'. Then click OK and OK
again. Win95 will never interrupt for that program again.
