Do you have any old programs compiled with v1? If so, then go32-v2
needs a copy of the old go32 to run them. (I think.) Otherwise... you
DON'T NEED go32-v2 to run your v2 programs like you needed go32 with
v1.x! Just compile them and a stubbed executable will be produced. All
this executable needs is a DPMI host like Windows or cwsdpmi, and it's
all set! The only function go32-v2 has in DJGPP v2 is to report on
available memory, and to act as an interface for v1.x programs to run
v2.x programs (see section 22.12 in the v2 FAQ for more info).

It's in djdev112.zip, but as noted above, you don't need it unless you
have v1.x programs hanging around.
