It's not a patch, it's a complete release of all DJGPP tools and ported 
packages, including gcc 2.7.2.1.  You can get it at the same place you 
got DJGPP v2.0: from the nearest SimTel.NET mirror, in the 
/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/ directory.  Here are some German mirrors:
