You have to get the fileutil package (at least that's where I got them
from, I think).

In the DJGPP directory v2gnu:

fil313b.zip  B    922,195 961105 GNU fileutils 3.13 for DJGPP V2

(I still use fileutils v 3.12 and they work just fine).
