It shouldn't be too hard to write a small program, or to write a
makefile to do this.  It could even be done in DOS, though not easily.

If you like, I could create such a program in about an hour and upload
it to DJ's server.  :)

Actually, this might not be a bad thing to add to the verifier/installer
project that Mark and I are working on...
