In general, yes. All the standard DJGPP distribution files are designed 
to be unzipped into the main DJGPP directory, expanding subdirectories. 
It won't work otherwise. RHIDE is also designed in this way I know; I 
don't know about Sword. An example of a popular addition which should not 
be unzipped in this way is Allegro - make sure you don't put it in the 
DJGPP directory. I put it in a subdir.

A simple way to check is to view the files in the archive (for PKUNZIP 
this is PKUNZIP -v xxx.zip). If it puts files in the 'root' of the 
archive, put it in its own directory.
