Subject:	DJGPP Cross compiler & debugger for Amd 29k - where?

Amd once distributed a version of DJGPP for cross compiling 
to Amd 29k embedded processors. Apparently, they don't distribute
this any more, so I'm looking for someone who does. It seems difficult
to find it. I'd be really grateful for any help.
