Does anyone have any experience with the MODF() function?  It has given me 
some problems when used in a function to convert angles from decimal to DMS 
(degree minute second) format.  Performance was unpredictable and I consider 
it unreliable.  I was able to write the function without MODF() but I'm 
curious, this is a useful function.  Post or e-mail.
