I won't speak for Shawn, especially since I never met him, don't know
him, never even seen him post. I started using Allegro after he went on
sabatical, but if anyone else is interested I would like to see a small
group of people start a support and development alliance out on the web.
It doesn't have to be anything serious, just a place where a bunch of
people cluster together and try to solve problems that are posted here,
create new tools/utilities/drivers etc. Develop releases that improve on
the work that Shawn started. Add features to the system.

I am not as good a coder as Shawn either, but have some ideas that might
enhance the system. New widgets and functions, an improvement on the
grabber program to make it easier to use or better. Improve some of the
documentation that may be unclear ( as little as that is ). Maybe even
put together a group of games and apps submitted by others so that
everyone can see.
