That's because building GCC on SunOS is trivial.  Just run configure with
the correct machine and OS parameters, then run make, exactly like
described in the INSTALL file.  Go for a cup of coffee and when you come
back - ta da! - you have a brand new GCC (albeit with a non-ANSI library,
but that's another story).
