You didn't follow the instructions in the 'readme.1st' file regarding
proper setup of your environment.  In order for DJGPP programs to be
able to find their files, you must have set the following in your
AUTOEXEC.BAT:

SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV

Of course, if you installed DJGPP in a different drive or directory,
change this accordingly.  Also, please download the DJGPP Frequently
Asked Questions list (v2/faq202b.zip) and read section 8.1, which
answers this exact question and goes into a lot more detail as well.
