It's swapware... Shawn would like you to send him something in return, 
e.g. a copy of the game, an addition to Allegro, some money (particularly 
if you're selling the game) or he suggests a copy of your AUTOEXEC.BAT if 
you've got nothing better. :) 

Get ALLEG21.ZIP, it's the latest version.
