At fisrt, it is new for me, that you can use RHIDE under
Windows 3.11 without problems, because there is a known
bug or misfeature which causes in a crash under that OS but
if it works for you, you can be happy.

Now to NT: I have ablosutely no access to NT so can't say
anything about running RHIDE in that OS. I can assume only,
that it is the same like in Windows 3.1x, but I don't know.

An other thought is, that there is an option in NT to tell
the DOS box about exclusively using the mouse or not 
(this was reported to be the solution for OS/2 users). Please
can you check it.

I realy want to get any information about running RHIDE under
NT to include it in the docs.
