Hi,
I have found that WATCOM disassembler wdisasm could generate output
in INTEL and AT&T syntax (it looks for me as AT&T syntax) so I
converted your procedure into INTEL and AT&T syntax.
I have no gas installed so Icouldnt check if AT&T version is
correct.

tasm 3.2 complained about mixing esi and bx so 've changed it to
[si+bx].
