I just looked at this site and it is really a fantastic document.  The
issue of void main() is discussed in detail in questions 11.12 through
11.16.  I may start referring supplicants... ahem, users... to the C-FAQ
instead of tediously explaining things.  :)

The text/binary file issue is more sketchily covered, but basically
agrees with what I said.

P.S.:  The FAQ lists the location of djgpp (Yay!) in question 18.3, but
specifies an obsolete location.  I emailed the author requesting that he
update his information.  ;)
