No, SX/DX mean different things on the 386 than on the 486.

386DX means it's got a 32-bit external data bus.  The 386SX had a
16-bit data bus.  Neither had a built-in FPU - you had to add a 387.

For 486's, the 486DX had an FPU built-in, and the 486SX did not, but
both had the same external data bus.
