Get CWSDPMI, and put it in your path somewhere.  DJGPP and the programs
you create with it need to have a DPMI host in order to run.  Many
popular games use DOS4GW as their extender, and CWSDPMI is the extender
most DJGPP programs use.

The reason why this works under winblows but not with DOS is that
Windoze provides its own DPMI interface, so external extenders aren't
needed.
