Ok, it appears as though the componets ie cpp, cc1 ... work correctly
but the driver program gcc.exe does not.  gcc.exe mearly returns with
not action taking place indpendent of the command arguments provided.
Do you have any suggestions for things to try ?  We would like to
continue using djgpp.
