Syntax highlighting can be provided by a vast number of freeware
editors; the best at it (IMHO) is Emacs 19.34, which compiles out of the
box with DJGPP.  You can also use the beta RHIDE which supports syntax
highlighting and looks like Turbo C to boot!  :)
