In short, yes she can.  However, there are some caveats when using any
DPMI-based program with NT:  It restricts the maximum DPMI memory you
can access, doesn't allow direct read/writes to hardware ports, doesn't
like it when you try to disable memory protection, and doesn't support
LFNs from its DOS shell.  There are other issues as well; you should
definitely read the FAQ section Eli posted.  :)
