An idea: read the FAQ.  This problem is explained in section 22.15.  (If
you don't have it, you might need to download the latest version of the
FAQ, v2/faq201b.zip.)

Are you sure you used binary mode while downloading?  If so, please write 
to Steve Turnbull and ask him for help.

I don't have any problems accessing www.delorie.com, even from my remote 
corner of the world.  Maybe you should improve the way your browser is 
configured, like define some proxies etc.

Anyway, currently there is no other site which archives the DJGPP mail
traffic and indexes it for fast search, sorry.
