You can disable virtual memory by setting the _CRT0_LOCK_MEMORY bit in the _ctr0_startup_flags variable:

#include <crt0.h>
int _crt0_startup_flags = _CRT0_LOCK_MEMORY;

All the free physical memory can be used by your program.
