Not anymore with DJPGG V2.0.  Use the STL that is included (make sure 
your release is dated after 22 Feb) and add -lstdcx to the end of your 
linker command.  There are a few functions missing, put nothing I haven't 
been able to work around.

The standard HP distribution does not work, be sure and use the DJGPP one.

Good Luck and have fun, STL is great and I don't have to write or 
maintain it :)
